• If it appears that you meet our basic eligibility requirements you will be given an appointment to complete a detailed written application.

• You need to bring proof of your income to the appointment.

• You need to bring copies of any documents relating to your legal problem.

• You shall be sent a letter with an eligibility decision within twenty one days of your appointment.

• If you are approved, you shall be assigned to a staff attorney or a volunteer pro bono attorney who shall assist you with your legal matter free of legal fees.
